Cyber-stalking (obsessively searching for someone on the Internet) is becoming a major problem. Luckily there are methods to detect and discourage cyber-stalker and prevent the stalking becoming physical.
Before we get to deep into this, we need to define exactly what online stalking is. In the most general terms, cyber-stalking refers to the practice of using the Internet to track and harass another person. Cyber-stalking can take many different forms, including stealing someone's identity, sending threats or sexual innuendos, making false accusations and following someone's use of the Web.
