Beaulieu-sur-Mer
In the movie "Dirty Rotten Scoundrels" (1988 - Michael Caine - Steve Martin) we get to see some of the most spectacular views over the sea. Most of the filming was done in France in Nice, Cannes (on the French Riviera, is famed for its international film festival) , Beaulieu-sur-Mer (renamed in the movie as "Beaumont-sur-Mer"), Antibes, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, and Villefranche-sur-Mer.

At the end of the movie, the two con-men realise that their mark, Janet Colgate has been conning them all along, and they just sit and admire the elevated views over the sea. The movie has another fabulous twist right at the end.

Jersey is the largest of the Channel Islands, between England and France. A self-governing dependency of the UK, with a mix of British and French cultures, it’s known for its beaches, historic castles and offshore banking. Located on the south-west is the port of St Aubin which opens out to the bay of the Gulf of Saint-Malo.
